Changelog v0.3.0
I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about update, so I want to make update from time to time, idealy every weeks, and it’s will be weird to one day publish the changelog of the whole 0.3.0 that take and will take more than 1 year while the latest version is already live.
So this is all changes so far:
Release v0.3.0 - Astromancer
Major changes
New classes
- Astromancer class - play with falling stars
- Him class - be whoever you want
- Soul Reaper class - collect souls and control soul swords
Other things
- Add multiple save file (old save still compatible)
- Weapons are now given in a chest with a cool animation and effects
- Regular relics levels have been reduce from 5 to 3
- Add animation when opening relic selector
- You have now an aura around you that reveal colors around you
- Add new exclusive yellow weapons
- Change all musics with musics created with Suno AI
Balancing
Classes
- Samuraï: Reduce his damage by a lot
- Snowman:
- Trigger 2nd passive when applying Frost burn instead of when it deals frost damage
- Nerf 2nd passive damages from 15/20/25/30/40 to 5/8/11/14/20 for frost aoe
- Soul Reaper: Reduce the number of hits to do to gain a soul sword
Relics

Unstable Projectile: Reduce max projectile split but it reproduce projectile with the exact same stats (before it was like 30%)

Third Eye: Give a chance to apply homing to projectiles instead of 100% chance

Critical Time: Remove extra range and increase ratio instead

Emotional Outburst: The stats were not the same as the description

Reduce chance to get legendary relics

Tier 3 effects of Yellow Altar have been changed and nerfed a bit
Special ability
- Absolute Control from Psychokinesist:
- Increase damage over distance
- Increase damage based on velocity of 2 enemies hit
- It take now the enemy the nearest of the mouse instead of a random one
- Detonation:
- Reduce damage done to bosses by 40% and elites by 20%
Weapon

Elemental bow: Now change between 3 elemental arrows every 5s instead of shooting 5 elemental arrows randomly

Elf bow: Now spawn an elemental fairy every 7 hits that shoot element arrows when you use any weapon

Kwak launcher: Max 5 kwak, reduce the amount of thunder spawn by them

Spiky Staff:
- Reduce by 50% max distance but increase his damage, size and APS by 200% over time
- Projectile cannot pass through walls

Fire Staff: Increase damage by 50% and speed by 200% over time

Draconic Scepter: Increase damage by 100% and speed by 250% over time

Thermal Ray and Volcano Staff have been removed temporarely

Elite weapon rooms add 3 x Room Level as Weapon Level instead of 5
Enemies
- Bosses now break protective decorations every 30% hp lost
- Color Shards given by boss and elite have been increase in first levels and lowered on last ones
- Damage done by enemies has been greatly increased
Other
- Reduce dash length from 4.5m to 3.5m
- Refactor homing mechanics to give angular speed °
- No knockback for piercing projectiles
Quality of life
- Changed Reroll Dice into Relic Reroll name and change his sprite
- Remove some useless explanations from weapons/relics
- Enemies lost their color the less health they have
- Add vfx when boss gets his buffs
- Added color to ability circle on cursor to know when it’s on cooldown or how long the ability lasts
- Added a bunch of new furnitures in rooms
- You need to go into a door now to go to next room instead of touching it
- Improve transition to a new menu
- Collectibles have an idle animation
- Classes have an animation when on them
- Redesign Gravity Pearl Staff
- Redesign Magic Aoe
- Add trails on projectiles
- Add more patterns to thunderrized mage
- Enemies have now a hit animation
- More lights
- You unlock psychokinesist per default
- Dummies on spawn have different skins and can die
- Add keys on how to activate some things, as well as ability help
- Projectile will now not be destroyed by slightly touching a wall
- When you try to use your ability but is on cooldown, you will see better how much time it is
- Enemies are harder to push into the void
- Display current health above player when taking damage
- Display current dashes above player when using them until full recharged
- Display current stats + stats given by a rune or relic when collect one of them
- Display particles for debuffs on enemies associated to the effect (with animation)
- Redraw spiky ball to be better
- Add special fx on items
- Increase door size and redesign them
Other
- Add Angular Speed stat for homing and controlled projectile
- Rename Justified Revenge relic into Transmutation
There is still some bugs to fix, like the projectile speed not calculated correctly, relic menu, etc..
